Hamilton VisiFerm ECS optical DO sensors are optimal for bioreactor systems

VisiFerm ECS optical DO sensors are configured to output a nanoamp signal (~60 nA at 25C in air) and are thus backwards compatible with systems previously utilizing electrochemical DO probes. Many bench-top R&D scale bioreactor systems are also configured for nA DO input, and therefore utilize the Visiferm ECS.

VisiFerm ECS probes can be reconfigured to output 4-20 mA, if the process control system is modified. Modbus RTU is also available simultaneously. The integration of optional Wifi adapter enables many benefits such as in tank calibration, real time troubleshooting & sensor configuration changes. Various optical caps are also for chemical compatibility.
